Amy is a seasoned leader in healthcare, recognized for her commitment to customer excellence and strategic growth. With over 20 years of experience across various domains—including strategy, business development, customer service, operations, manufacturing, and logistics—she has cultivated a comprehensive skill set that drives organizational success.
Amy began her career in a community hospital laboratory, specializing in Hematology, Coagulation, and Blood Banking. Her journey led her to progressive leadership roles at Versiti Illinois, formerly Heartland Blood Centers, where she played a pivotal role in its expansion into a multi-state operation. Subsequently, she advanced to a leadership position within a nationwide blood center, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis on Healthcare Management from Kaplan University. Active in her professional community, Amy is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Blood and Biotherapies (AABB) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Additionally, she dedicates time to volunteer initiatives within her local community, reflecting her passion for service and leadership.
